Villa Figlica exceeded all our expectations. It’s a truly stunning location and the views to the coast are amazing! A lot of care has gone into the interior design of the villa with great attention to detail. It has a modern airy feel and is extremely clean. No expense has been spared on the fixtures and fittings which are of superb quality. There are many wonderful locations to visit within a short drive; our favourites were Rovinj and Groznjan. There are also good local amenities within a couple of minutes drive such as a supermarket etc. You’re spoiled for choice on places to eat for every budget, the local Istrian cuisine is delicious! Thank you to our hosts Olga and her sister Lola who were extremely helpful and hospitable right from the start. This is by far the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed in!

We (a family / 4 persons) spent 1 week at this great property in August 2018. The villas are really on a high level, very neat and tidy with a widespread interior arranged with passion for detail. There was nothing we missed. My 2 teenager kids loved the pool and especially the gapless W- Lan 😉 In total there are 5 villas but you have your private sphere in every single one. Overall Villa Toscana is a calm and wonderful place to relax and feel comfortable. It is only 10 minutes by car to several supermarkets in Umag. Every evening we went for dinner to several cities in the periphery. To Novigrad it is only 20 minutes via coast road. And you only go 35-40 minutes to Porec or Vrsar via motorway. We can recommend Rovinji which is a beautiful and uric place but also overcrowded in summer months. The welcome at Villa Toscana was really warm and uncomplicated (special thanks to Arsen !) If you have any kind of questions or you need some restaurant or beach recommendations don`t hesitate and contact him by phone. We will come back to Villa Toscana for sure….thanks for a great time.

Arsen was a most helpful and agreeable host, even volunteering to contact our rental car company to clarify some (language barrier based) issues. His sister-in-law brought some grocery essentials over when our weather-delayed arrival from Zagreb ran on into the late evening. Very nice! A comfortable, beautifully decorated house. Lived up to the posted photos, not always the case with online bookings. A little pricey, though. TV selection was pretty limited for English speakers, not even CNN, but incredibly diverse for other languages and cultures, even a couple of Cuban stations. The Adriatic is a little further than it might seem from the photos, several miles not a few hundred yards; to be fair, that distance (5 km.) is noted in the description. Nice kitchen, plenty of hot water, good water pressure. Arsen was very understanding of our 4 year old child. . Thank you and your family, Arsen! Geoffrey Sowash

Ho soggiornato dal 4 al 12 agosto presso Villa Parona sita nelle colline di Umago, villa con posizione incantevole e a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro. La villa grazie anche al sapiente lavoro di Olga e Arsen è molto elegante e dotata di ogni confort. L’aperitivo al tramonto sulla piscina a sfioro con vista sul mare rende il soggiorno un oasi di pace e relax. Io e i miei amici non potremmo mai ringraziare abbastanza Olga e Arsen per la gentilezza, la cortesia e disponibilità prestataci per tutta la vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Tolles Haus in super Lage mit Infinitypool. Wir waren total begeisert. Auch die Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch Olga&Arsen vor Ort waren toll. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahreen. Unbedingte Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful holiday in villa Kokola: lovely house and pool, a well-equiped, tastefully decorated and very tidy, brand-new house. We received a very warm welcome by the owners of the house. They were extremely nice and helpful and were available to answer any questions we had.

We spend a fabulous time at this wonderful house with our 5 children. We appreciated very much the spacious and beautiful rooms, the garden area and especially the infinity pool. The service by the management is superb any time! We recommend this Villa and will come back soon to this warm-hearted Croatian host.

We stayed in the villa Toscana in the resort Villa Grotta and were not disappointed. It was a fabulous villa – beautifully designed both on the interior and exterior. The landscaping is lovely and the pool is perfect. Every detail had been thought about and the welcome from Arsen was warm and friendly. The views of the sea were amazing and as there are only 6 luxury villas in the complex – all on their own individual plots – your privacy is ensured. The location is an excellent base – the town of Umag is about 8 minutes by car and it has a lovely old town, nice restaurants and a Wibit inflatable in the bay. Porec is just under an hour by car and is another beautiful town with lovely beaches and Aquacolours waterpark. Istralandia waterpark is about 15 minutes drive and is a fun day out. Groznjan medieval town is about 30 minutes away and is stunning. The zip wires at Pazin caves are about 35 minutes drive and are excellent fun and value for money. Villa Grotta is the perfect place – in fact, if you don’t want to sight see it’s easy to stay by the perfect pool looking at the sea all day. Thank you Arsen and family for a truly wonderful week.

The house is exactly as in the photos, furnished with a lot of love and full of details. Very well equipped and very clean. The air condition is central and modern. The pool, the nice shower and the fantastic view made our days special. The host greeted us cheerfully and was available for any eventuality.
It was certainly a delightful week and we recommend it for sure.

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten vom 17.08.18 bis 01.09.18 unseren Urlaub in der Villa Kokola. Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich von Arsen empfangen. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt und uns dabei die wichtigsten Informationen zum Haus gegeben. Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Meerblick vom Garten aus ist perfekt. Bei Anliegen konnte man sofort Arsen kontaktieren und man bekam sehr schnell eine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Die auf der Internetseite angegebenen Entfernungen sind ebenfalls korrekt. Wir verbrachten schöne Stunden mit dem Hausbesitzer und seiner Familie. Somit haben wir eine sehr tolle und erholsame Zeit in der Villa Kokola genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
